Repair a Pen Drive (usb drive)

I remove the device while data still being written and end up with unusable device.
The device was showing up as “XXXXXXXX U167CONTROLLER USB Device”. I couldn’t format or repair it.

After trying few application this one worked for me:

If you are on Windows Vista, 7 or 8 set the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2 and run as administrator.
